The company's 77-step job process sheet (3 stages: inspection & quote → pre-start & council → final completion) moves from Excel into the admin system, attached to every job automatically.
Automatic. The moment a quote is accepted, the Project and its checklist are created. Stage 1 arrives pre-filled from work already recorded (site visit, quote, photos).
Accountable. Every tick, note, photo and file records who did it and when. Corrections keep full history. The checklist locks into a permanent record when the job completes.
Timed, not chased. Each step shows its deadline and a calm clock ("Due Fri", "Done Tue · on time"). Nobody gets nagging emails — delays surface to admins in the existing morning digest, opt-in.
Visible end-to-end. The Timeline shows the whole job from the day the lead arrived: every step, every gap, where the time went. Same view for staff and management.
Yours to change. Staff with permission edit the checklist themselves — add steps, whole stages, photo/file/checkbox fields. No developer needed.
Council paperwork, assembled. One click gathers a stage's files into a cover PDF + secure link + zip; staff email it from their own mailbox and record the send.
How to explore this prototype: the tabs above switch between the six screens (Checklist · Timeline · Template editor · Timing report · Who can do what · Settings). Use the role dropdown to see what each staff role can do, the width buttons (375–1440) to preview phone → desktop, and Light / Dark to switch themes. Everything is clickable; all data is sample data.
