Two separate layers: the thresholds above decide when an item becomes a needs-action alert org-wide. The category toggles decide which alert types exist at all. Both are super-admin only. Individual users never change these — they only mute categories for their own view (from the ⚙ Alerts button on any list) and pick their own default view & sort.

Digest preview

Daily follow-up email
Same shape as the screens: the digest groups by Customer → Location → deal, so the email reads exactly the way the Leads / Clients lists do. The surrounding chrome respects your light/dark theme; the email body stays light, like a real inbox. Items here mirror each customer's Needs action card — snoozing or dismissing in the app removes them from tomorrow's digest.
